The Site Content Specialist will work within the broader eCommerce team to brief, configure and deploy best-in-class customer experiences on our owned digital platform, YETI.com. Our website is more than a shopping experience; it also represents the pinnacle expression of our brand. As such, you will help execute a strategy that unites content and commerce in a way that engages consumers and drives high converting shopping experiences. 
  

Responsibilities: 

 

  • Support Digital Leadership in developing a growth-oriented digital content strategy 

  • Take an active role in website operations, maintaining copy and asset updates for seasonal relevancy, and proactively looks for opportunities for improvement on the website 

  • Gathers campaign briefing requirements for promotion, duration and execution based off site content strategy  

  • Report out on content and campaign performance, outlining key takeaways and recommendations based off insights 

  • Responsible for setup, QA and publishing of site content in SFRA 

  • Collaborate closely with cross functional teams for a connected customer journey for product and/or campaign launches 

  • Work with creative partners for a premium brand experience on execution and launch of content 
    Accountable for Homepage execution, category support and monitoring performance 

  • Ability to be agile and pivot on-going projects based off changing business performance and objectives 

  • Partner with Digital Product and IT to improve frontend and backend ecommerce functionality 
    Quality Assurance for site updates to ensure a seamless launch and customer experience 

  • Create briefings to Marketing on specific needs of YETI.com, with regards to product education, campaign promotion, and other content initiatives 
     

Qualifications and Attributes:  

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or eCommerce or related field of study 

  • At least 2 years of relevant experience in digital merchandising, eCommerce site operations, or site publishing 

  • Proficiency in e-commerce platforms or content management systems 

  • Familiarity with site analytics tools  

  • Basic HTML experience is a strongly preferred  

  • Experience in Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC/SFRA) Page Designer and its 

  • Business Manager' functions is a plus but not required 

  • Detail oriented and excellent time management skills 

  •  Self-starter and acts with a sense of urgency 

  •  Ability to deliver results in evolving framework with shifting priorities and technology 

  •  Strong interpersonal skills and ability to develop and manage relationships with cross functional teams 

  •  An obsession with user experience and interaction, website navigation, hierarchy, and content 

  • General curiosity for customer journey
