We are seeking an experienced, organized, and professional Onsite Community Manager to oversee the daily operations of a condominium association. The successful candidate will work closely with the Board of Trustees, residents, and vendors to ensure the community is well-maintained and operates efficiently. Salary $70,000-$80,000
Responsibilities include:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the community.
- Work directly with the Board of Trustees and attend Board meetings.
- Coordinate and supervise vendors and contractors.
- Respond to homeowner inquiries and enforce governing documents.
- Manage work orders, inspections, and maintenance projects.
- Prepare reports, budgets, and meeting materials.
- Assist with capital improvement projects and resident communications.
Qualifications:
- Prior community association or property management experience preferred.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office; HOA management software experience is a plus.
- CMCA, AMS, or PCAM designation is a plus but not required.
