Job DescriptionThe Site Coordinator is responsible for maintaining accurate data across multiple systems and supporting the effective operation of the Assessment Centre. Key duties include conducting courtesy calls to service users, coordinating special customer requests, managing appointment diaries and arrivals boards, and providing administrative support to the local Assessment Centre as required.
This role plays an important part in ensuring data accuracy, supporting operational efficiency, and enabling informed business decision-making.
What we're looking for:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word and Excel.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally and courteously by telephone, email, and face-to-face.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workload and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Able to work independently, use initiative, and make informed decisions within the scope of the role.
- Flexible and adaptable approach, with a willingness to support other teams and undertake additional duties when required.
