Position Summary

The Site Change Coordinator supports the Site Contract Manager in contract and change-management activities at the CWLNG construction site. The role is responsible for identifying, monitoring, documenting, and quantifying changes that may affect project cost and schedule, with particular focus on the EPC Contract and construction-site activities.

Working closely with Site Subcontract Administrators, Quantity Surveyors, Cost Engineers, Planning Engineers, Construction Superintendents, and home-office disciplines, the Site Change Coordinator helps ensure that potential change events are recognized early, supported by appropriate data, and developed into Change Orders or Claims when applicable.

Key Responsibilities

Functional Responsibilities

· Support implementation of Prime Contract change-management processes and procedures at the construction site.

· Identify, monitor, document, and quantify changes to project cost and schedule arising from engineering, subcontracting, and construction activities.

· Liaise directly with Site Subcontract Administrators and Quantity Surveyors to analyze, challenge, and quantify changes that may influence contract schedule or create entitlement to a Change Order.

· Review T.EN construction reports to identify change events, maintain information flow, and protect T.EN contractual interests.

· Provide support on categorization of site work, including defects and carry-over work, in accordance with Contract provisions.

· Support preparation of Change Orders and Claims, including Extension of Time, acceleration, delay, and other contractual changes.

· Assist subcontracting and construction teams in identifying and administering subcontractor and vendor change orders and claims.

· Monitor Client actions and inactions that may result in contract changes, additional compensation, or time relief.

· Provide the Site Contract Manager with supporting data, information, and knowledge of site activities that may give rise to a Change Order.

Leadership / Management Responsibilities

· Act as an active field presence for the Site Contract Manager by maintaining awareness of construction and subcontracting activities that may affect cost, schedule, or contractual position.

· Participate in internal and external project meetings involving project status, cost, schedule, subcontractors, vendors, or potential contractual changes.

· Issue recommendations to the Site Contract Manager regarding timely actions needed to protect T.EN interests.

· Coordinate closely with Planning, Cost, Construction, Subcontracts, Quantity Surveying, and Contract Management personnel.

· Support a collaborative and disciplined change-management culture across site teams.

Compliance / Operational Responsibilities

· Ensure change-management activities are performed consistently with applicable policies, standards, processes, and contract requirements.

· Maintain awareness of construction and subcontracting activities that may create cost or schedule exposure.

· Support timely and accurate development of records required to substantiate contractual changes and claims.

· Apply basic schedule-analysis methodologies when evaluating potential change impacts.

· Maintain a high standard of integrity, ethics, documentation quality, and professional communication.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications

· Bachelor's degree or equivalent university-level education.

· Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in large Oil & Gas or Infrastructure EPC contracting with an international company.

· Conceptual understanding of Contract Management principles.

· Good understanding of Project Management and project-execution principles.

· Knowledge of basic schedule-analysis methodologies.

· Effective written and verbal communication in English.

· Construction-site experience and ability to work in a site-based project environment.

Additional Information

· Position is based at the Louisiana construction site following an initial one- to two-month period in the Houston home office.

· Candidates must be U.S. citizens. U.S. citizenship is required for this position.
