About the Role:

The Manager of Culture, Engagement, Social Impact, and Executive Support is responsible for overseeing and driving initiatives that foster a positive company culture, enhance employee engagement, contribute to social impact efforts, and provide high-level administrative support to the Site Director. 

This role involves developing and executing strategies to strengthen organizational culture, coordinating employee engagement activities, leading social impact programs, and managing executive administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the Site Director’s office. 

The ideal candidate is passionate about creating an inclusive, vibrant workplace, is committed to corporate social responsibility, and excels in executive support.

You Will:

1. Company Culture

  • Develop and champion initiatives that promote a strong, inclusive, and values-driven company culture.

  • Collaborate with leadership to ensure that cultural values are consistently integrated across all departments and levels of the organization.

  • Act as a culture ambassador, facilitating workshops, training, and communications that reinforce the company’s mission, vision, and values.

  • Lead programs that recognize and celebrate employee contributions to upholding company culture.

  • Collect feedback and analyze data related to cultural health, using insights to make continuous improvements.

2. Employee Engagement Activities and Events

  • Design, plan, and execute engaging activities, events, and programs that foster team spirit, boost morale, and create a sense of belonging among employees.

  • Partner with internal teams (HR, Operations, etc.) to identify engagement needs and create tailored initiatives for various employee groups.

  • Manage the logistics, budget, and execution of engagement events, including but not limited to team-building activities, company celebrations, wellness programs, and leadership development initiatives.

  • Evaluate the impact of engagement programs through surveys, feedback, and participation metrics, using this data to drive ongoing improvements.

3. Social Impact and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR)

  • Lead the development and execution of the company’s social impact strategy, aligning with key corporate values and community needs.

  • Partner and collaborate with the Social Impact team in Seattle to align local initiatives with global social impact goals and strategies.

  • Identify and manage partnerships with local organizations and non-profits to create impactful community outreach programs.

  • Organize and oversee employee volunteer programs, donation drives, and other initiatives that encourage community involvement.

  • Measure and report on the outcomes of social impact initiatives, showcasing the company’s contribution to social and environmental causes.

  • Advocate for sustainability and social responsibility in company policies and practices.

4. Executive Support to the Site Director

  • Provide high-level administrative support to the Site Director, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements.

  • Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as needed for internal and external meetings.

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for the Site Director’s office, managing communications and ensuring timely responses.

  • Assist in organizing and preparing for executive leadership meetings, including agenda creation and meeting minutes.

  • Manage special projects and initiatives as assigned by the Site Director, ensuring timely completion and alignment with organizational priorities.

You Have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Corporate Social Responsibility, Business Administration, or a related field 

  • 2+ years of experience in culture development, employee engagement, social impact, or executive support roles.

  • Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale events, employee programs, social impact initiatives, and executive tasks.

  • Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.

  • Strong understanding of diversity, equity, and inclusion principles and how they apply to workplace culture.

  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.

  • Strong organizational and time management skills to handle executive support responsibilities.

  • Passion for community engagement, corporate social responsibility, and providing high-quality executive support.

Executive Administrative Skills and Attention to Detail:

  • Provides high-level administrative support with meticulous attention to detail, ensuring smooth calendar management, meeting preparation, and special project execution for the Site Director. Capable of handling sensitive tasks and managing multiple priorities efficiently.
