Monitor work orders (WO) and ensure timely submission of service reports (SR)
Manage and organize the OneDrive system, ensuring accurate filing and easy retrieval of records
Monitor office supplies inventory and coordinate timely procurement and replenishment
Manage the issuance and tracking of office equipment, ensuring proper documentation and accountability
Assist with the scheduling and preparation of meetings, including logistics and materials
Track and monitor staff attendance, ensuring proper documentation and reporting
Support employee onboarding and offboarding processes, including coordination of documentation and logistics
Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient office environment
