We're in search of a Site Administrator (1 open position) for one of our properties in Kingston.
You have:
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service
- Excellent computer skills - particularly in Word, Excel, and E-mail
- Strong administrative skills and energy in this fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and procedure
- Ability to deal with diverse groups of tenants
- Excellent written and spoken English skills
- Good people skills and excellent customer service
- the ability to interact positively with tenants and staff
