The Site Administrator is responsible for providing administrative, operational, and facilities support to ensure the smooth day-to-day functioning of the InteLogix site in San Salvador. This role partners closely with site leadership, HR, Finance, IT, and external vendors to maintain an efficient, compliant, and professional work environment.
Responsibilities:
Provide general administrative support for site operations, including coordination of office services and supplies
Serve as a primary point of contact for facilities-related needs, vendors, and building management
Coordinate onboarding logistics for new hires (workspace setup, badge access, equipment readiness)
Support site leadership with scheduling, meeting coordination, and internal communications
Maintain accurate site records, documentation, and inventories
Assist with expense tracking, invoice processing, and vendor documentation
Support compliance with company policies, health and safety standards, and local regulations
Coordinate site events, trainings, and employee engagement activities as needed
Partner with HR and IT teams to support employee needs and resolve site-level issues efficiently
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred
Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in an administrative, office management, or facilities-related role
Experience supporting a BPO, call center, or corporate site environment preferred
Bilingual in Spanish and English
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Effective written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel)
Ability to work independently and handle confidential information with discretion
Strong problem-solving skills and customer-service orientation
