EnerMech is seeking an experienced site admin to join the team at Lytton Refinery in Brisbane on a full-time role.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- Diary Management, including site training dates; training, maintain training and equipment registers, organise and source suppliers.
- Assist with onboarding, inductions, and site access processes.
- Maintain site personnel files, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with privacy requirements.
- Ensuring accurate and timely management of the overall accounts and invoicing process in conjunction with the accounts team.
- Undertake bookings for accommodation, travel and other bookings administration as
requested for team
Here’s what you’ll need to thrive in this role:
- Proven experience in an administrative role with a good understanding of office support systems and administrative tasks.
- Previous experience with Success Factors and Kronos
- High levels of written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively with excellent attention to detail.
- Excellent planning skills with the ability work well under pressure.
- Self-motivated with excellent time management skills and proven ability to meet deadlines.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to develop positive working relationships as well as the ability to work with a wide range of stakeholders.
- Ability to learn new skills and tasks and adapt to a changing work environment.
- Prior experience in a site-based role.
