Leidos Health & Civil Sector seeks a highly motivated and experienced Site Administrator to join our team. This position directly supports programs that provide a broad array of information, resources, referrals, mental health coaching, and specialized support for military members and their families worldwide. These programs directly support the military community's quality of life issues.

The Website Administrator will provide development support for designing, coding, and modifying websites, from layout to function, and according to the customer's specifications. Work with the technical writer to produce well-written technical documents specific to the customer's environment and objectives. Coordinate and administer content changes in a very timely manner to websites as approved by the Change Control Board (CCB), Format and layout provided material (e.g. graphics, text, video, headings, pullouts, links, instructions or other applicable navigation or organizational aids). Ensures sites maintain optimum performance and security; works with systems administrator to ensure consistent uptime. Perform various quality control activities and documentation procedure updates. Responsible for the strict following of customer-provided web standards. Participate in sprint and release level team activities and technical exchange meetings in support of program objectives. Support development team activities during automation integration activities. This may involve interaction with the government and other contractors to build a successful working product and the collaborative troubleshooting of issues. This position is remote and requires a quiet, private, confidential space to work from as well as having access to your own reliable high-speed internet hard-wired to your home or apartment (coax or fiber from the Internet Service Provider (ISP) to your home. Using a hotspot from a mobile device (tethering) or wireless ISP is not acceptable.
Primary Responsibilities:
Test programs and databases to identify issues and make necessary modifications in accordance with Configuration Management and Change control processes.
Design, implement and monitor web pages and sites using data analytics techniques for continuous improvement.
Collaborate with Agile development teams throughout systems development lifecycle from requirements gathering to production releases.
Improve tools to boost user interaction and deliver design versatility.
Perform user experience quality assurance testing to identify and remedy shortcomings.
Make recommendations for new technology integration based on suitability and alignment to Mission goals.
Develop page layouts and navigation tools that meet or exceed Government and participant expectations.
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related field, and 4-6 years of experience as a professional webmaster within a cloud environment.
Knowledge of Web programming techniques and protocols and knowledge of Web publishing procedures is essential.
MUST have language proficiency: HTML5/CSS, XML, and JavaScript.
MUST have Mid to senior level SQL web and application tier administration experience utilizing mid-tier tools such as IIS Apache Nginx, Tomcat, or JBOSS.
Understanding of UI, cross-browser compatibility, general web functions, and standards.
Basic system administration knowledge of Linux and Windows Server operating systems.
Experience with Gitlab Azure DevOps Server or similar.
Experience building CI/CD Pipelines.
Understanding of network storage server and application technologies.
Strong understanding of managing content throughout its lifecycle (evaluation/analysis of the content, governance of the content, and optimization of content).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent communication, organizational, and reporting skills
Self-starter, pays strict attention to detail; ability to multitask across multiple projects and clients in a fast-paced, team-based environment.
Ability to obtain and/or maintain an Active Secret Security Clearance. US Citizenship is required.
Preferred Qualifications:
AWS Certified Systems Administrator.

Pay Range:Pay Range $72,150.00 - $130,425.00The Leidos pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Additional factors considered in extending an offer include (but are not limited to) responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data, applicable bargaining agreement (if any), or other law.
