This is an exciting opportunity to join the Seras Energy team. As a Site Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the Widnes Processing sites, ensuring administrative processes, training coordination, financial controls, and compliance activities are managed efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support for the Widnes Processing sites.
- Raise purchase orders, process invoices, and resolve queries.
- Maintain accurate records, filing systems, and site documentation.
- Produce monthly overtime reports and update site data.
- Monitor and order PPE, stationery, and site supplies.
- Respond to customer, supplier, and contractor enquiries.
- Support site compliance, training coordination, and contractor management.
- Take minutes at meetings and manage related actions.
- Work closely with site, national, and accounts teams to support business operations.
- Identify process improvements and promote best practice.
- Handle confidential information with discretion.
- Provide administrative cover for other sites as required
