Job Description:

Huntsman Corporation is now looking for a dynamic individual as a Site Administrator. The role is accountable for providing administrative and site support services for the Huntsman Jurong facility and supporting the Site Manager and leadership team, including with office administration, training administration, visitor management, vendor coordination, employee support activities, and administrative business processes.

This position will be based in Jurong Island, Singapore.

As a Site Administrator, you will: 

Coordinate general office and site administration activities, including management of office supplies, consumables, housekeeping services, employee recognition programs, and site events.

Provide administrative support to the Site Manager and site leadership team.

Coordinate site travel, logistics, courier services, and transportation arrangements for employees and visitors. This includes managing site and island access requirements such as security pass applications.

Administer onboarding programs, maintain training records and coordinate employee development activities in collaboration with Human Resources.

Maintain site documentation and records management systems via the document retention process.

Generate and maintain routine administrative reports, including training, purchasing, and other site performance metrics as required.

Provide administrative support for site purchasing and vendor administration activities, including purchase requisitions, goods receipts, invoice processing, and monthly billings.

Other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the manager.

What skills and experiences are we looking for?

1-3 years of experience in administrative, office support, or coordination functions.

Experience in a chemical, manufacturing, or industrial environment is preferred but not required.

Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.

Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.

Fluency in English, both spoken and written.
