Main Purpose of Job :
We are looking for motivated and dynamic individuals to join our offshore project team as an Offshore Project Specialist. This role is ideal for candidates who are interested in marine, offshore oil & gas, FPSO, and renewable energy projects.
You will support project coordination, offshore logistics, vessel operations, documentation control, HSE compliance, and stakeholder communication for international offshore projects and vessel operations.
Key Responsibilties :
- Support offshore and marine project coordination
- Monitor project schedules, logistics, and operational activities
- Prepare project reports, documentation, and trackers
- Coordinate with clients, vendors, offshore crews, and stakeholders
- Assist in HSE, compliance, and operational support activities
- Support mobilization, procurement, and project execution activities
Expereince :
• 1–2 years of relevant experience in marine, offshore, FPSO, shipyard, or energy projects is preferred
• Understanding of offshore operations, logistics, or vessel coordination
• Familiarity with project documentation and reporting
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), Optic and similar digital solutions
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
Educational Requirements :
• Diploma or Degree in:
Marine Engineering, Naval Architecture, Offshore Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Maritime Studies, Project Management Or related disciplines.
Preferred Qualities :
- Positive attitude and problem-solving mindset
- Good teamwork and interpersonal skills
- Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Passion for the offshore and energy industry
