Job Description

New Product Development

• Advance FEM analysis with Ansys for structural & fluid analysis requirements
• Tolerance calculation & analsing method usage with MATLAB & Simulink and other tools
• Defining & tracking validation requirements & analysing outcomes
• Improvement of existing designs with pareto in order to create imput for robustness of new product designs
• Close interaction with experimentalists to benchmark your simulation results

Customer Claims

• Support for analyzing customer reclamations from technical & design perspective
• Support for executing technical & design analysis with engineering infrastructure & knowledge such as ergonomics,mechanical,material,engineering calculation methods etc.
• Ensuring the usage of Know-How in individual customer projects & quality issues

Design Improvement Projects

• Evaluation of alternative design options,coordinating continues design improvement tasks with centeral development departments
• Data based structuring design alternatives with Python
• Improvement of existing designs with pareto in order to create imput for robustness of existing designs

Qualifications

• BSc/Ms.Degree in Mechanical Engineering / Metallurgical & Materials Engineering / Mechatronic Engineering / Physics Engineering
• CAD: basic knowledge/experience
• CreoAnsys : deep knowledge/experience
• MATLAB : good knowledgeS
• Simulink : good knowledge
• Language: English fluent
• Knowledge of geometrical tolerance analysis
• Hydraulic knowledge / Mechanic knowledge / tribology knowledge / material (steel,cast) knowledge 
• Working (2-3 years experience) in similar position or educational experience in hydraulic technologies,fluid mechanics (thermodynamics and electronics optional)
• Demonstrated ability to work independently with engineering and technical matters, lead others and take responsibility to resolve problems that may influence the delivery of service in a timely and accurate manner.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively with a high degree of flexibility within a changing workplace environment.Well-developed written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to secure cooperation and assistance from others to achieve defined objectives of the role.
• Ability to manage one's own time, set priorities, plan, monitor and organize work in order to meet specific time frames and allocated tasks within the role
• Experience with problem solving methods
