Job DescriptionWe are seeking a talented Project Engineer to join our Body Performance team, specializing in CAE simulation and analysis. In this role, you will execute advanced CAE activities and integration projects, serving as a technical representative of Applus+ IDIADA to our external clients.
Qualifications1. Education
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or Aerospace Engineering
- Experience
- Proven experience in a similar position focused on simulation
- Strong expertise in LS-DYNA / Nastran / Abaqus or other CAE simulation tools
- Proficiency in CAE pre/post-processing software: ANSA/META or similar
- Language Skills
- Very fluent in English and Japanese (written and verbal)
- Technical Competencies
- Knowledge of structural principles
- Analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex simulation data
- Experience with FE model creation and management
- Professional Attributes
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong team player with collaborative mindset
- Dynamic, proactive, and self-motivated
- High level of initiative and problem-solving capability
Willingness to travel internationally as required
