Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze RF signals to identify signal structure, parameters, and behavior
- Apply signals analysis techniques across COMINT, ELINT, FISINT, and/or PROFORMA domains
- Process and interpret signals data to support mission objectives
- Identify patterns, anomalies, and characteristics within signal datasets
- Support development of analytical products and reporting
- Collaborate with analysts, engineers, and mission partners to support operational requirements
- Contribute to signal modeling and characterization efforts
- Maintain awareness of evolving signals analysis techniques and mission needs
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Experience in signals analysis, including COMINT, ELINT, FISINT, and/or PROFORMA
- Understanding of RF signals and signal characteristics
- Ability to analyze and interpret technical data related to signal behavior
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication skills for reporting and collaboration
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Computer Science, Physical Science, or a related technical discipline and two (2) years of relevant experience; OR
- Associate’s degree in a related discipline and four (4) years of relevant experience; OR
- High school diploma or GED and six (6) years of relevant experience
- Relevant experience may include signals analysis (COMINT, ELINT, FISINT, PROFORMA), or design and engineering of aerospace, communications, electronic, or industrial systems
- Relevant military training and programs may be considered, including but not limited to:
- Navy ELINT Analyst (9141)
- Air Force ELINT Analyst (1N2A)
- Intermediate or Advanced Signals Analysis training (451/461/452)
- Military COMINT Signals Analysis Program (MCSAP)
- Military ELINT Signals Analysis Program (MESAP)
- Military OpELINT Signals Analysis Program (MOSAP)
Clearance Requirement:
- Must possess an active TS SCI with appropriate Polygraph to be considered for this role
