The Opportunity:
As a CACI SIGINT analyst focused on Digital Network Intelligence (DNI) you will directly support the intelligence requirements of Special Operations Command, US Northern Command (SOCNORTH). Provide expertise in SIGINT - DNI analyses and expertise to assist SOCNORTH in day-to-day staff support functions and Functional Group: operations against Counter External State Actors (ESA)/AKA Maligned Sate Actors (MSA), Counter Terrorism (CT), Counter Transnational Criminal Organizations (CTCO), and Counter Threat Networks (CTN), in accordance with the National Defense Strategy (NDS). Provide direct support including the coordination, planning and execution of intelligence collection operations; and providing exploitation and analytic support in coordination with SOCNORTH and other entities and agencies supporting SOCNORTH requirements. Responsible for providing the SIGINT technical expertise, guidance, coaching, and training to less-experienced SIGINT analysts.
Responsibilities:
Other duties include but are not limited to:
- Identify trends in threat development, performance, capabilities, and vulnerabilities.
- Provide digital and analog analysis support, analyzing commercial devices to help determine how the device is functioning or is meant to be functioning, which aids in characterization of the device.
- Provide subject matter briefs, intelligence notes, threat modules, threat briefings, and technical memoranda and coordinates products as required in support of SOCNORTH requirements.
- Provide recommendations and mitigation strategies for countering existing and emergent threats.
- Collaborate with SOCNORTH enterprise-wide intelligence analysts to enrich analytical understanding of SIGINT-DNI products and efforts.
Qualifications:
Required:
- Current Top Secret/Specialized Compartmented Information with Poly Security Clearance.
- 5 years of experience working in the role of Target Digital Network Analyst (TDNA), Digital Network Exploitation Analyst (DNEA), or MOS equivalent depending on service.
- Minimum of five years’ experience in positions of responsibility within an O-6 or above tactical, operational, or strategic level command or while supporting a DoD contract of similar size and scope.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Desired:
- Experience working with NSA/CSS or Joint/SOF organizations in targeting, intelligence analysis, and/or supporting operations.
- Certifications: GSM, UMTS and CDMA cellular collection certification; Digital network Intelligence Course; SOCOM SIGINT Operators Course.
- Any Cyber PDSI Work Role or Equivalent: Exploitation Analyst; Exploitation Analyst; Cyberspace Operator; Expeditionary Cyber Operator; Cyber Capability Developer.
- Must be able to work independently with limited government oversight and function effectively as part of a team on a Joint Theater-level staff.

The proposed salary range for this position is:
$74,600-$156,700
