Everforth ECS Federal is seeking a talented, diligent, and energetic Agency Engagement Account Manager/Project Manager -Senior to support the Department of Homeland Security’s CDM Data Services- BETSIE Program. This candidate will serve as a key point of contact in managing the customer experience and aspects of The Security Information and Event Management as a Service (SIEMaaS) offering. Successful candidates will have excellent communication and project management skills and will interact with stakeholders spanning multiple Agile teams, program leadership, and customer representatives.
The Security Information and Event Management as a Service (SIEMaaS) offering provides a centralized platform for collecting, analyzing, and correlating logging and cybersecurity data, providing a unified view of potential threats and vulnerabilities across the FCEB ecosystem. In an era of increasingly prevalent and sophisticated attacks, the SIEMaaaS capability excels at enabling real-time threat detection, FCEB-wide threat hunting and rapid incident response.
Specific responsibilities of an Agency Engagement Account Manager/Project Manager -Senior include but are not limited to:
- Oversees the planning, execution, and completion of agency onboarding to ensure successful outcomes.
- Ensures that onboarding processes are repeatable, scalable, and consistently executed across agencies.
- Partners with engineering to document onboarding steps in agency-friendly language and formats.
- Captures lessons learned and process changes throughout onboarding and incorporates them into updated guidance.
- Produces standardized onboarding playbooks that can be reused by future stakeholders.
- Leads agency-facing meetings and guides agencies through each phase of the onboarding process.
- Facilitates both agency-facing progress meetings and internal preparation sessions to align technical and project activities.
- Manages agendas and weekly planning with each agency’s lead engineer to confirm upcoming technical tasks, dependencies, and project milestones.
- Leads pitch discussions with prospective agencies as needs arise.
- Ensuring customer success for all aspects of the stakeholders under purview (e.g., Agencies, internal, client, vendors, etc.)
- Serves as the primary point of contact for Agencies and stakeholders under his/her Account(s) (apart from the Data Services Helpdesk / normal ops)
- Tracks and reports on agency onboarding progress to ensure the Product Owner, engineers, and CISA clients have accurate status and awareness.
- Ensures customer experience and satisfaction remain primary success criteria through the transition from onboarding into Operations and Maintenance (O&M).
- Establish or update SOPs and templates for SIEMaaS (Agency facing documentation, onboarding process and templates, transition to O&M, use of Jira/Roadmaps for planning, tracking and reporting progress, etc.)
- Tracks and provide Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) updates
- Escalate risks and issues to achieving progress
Salary: $102,000 - $153,000
