Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Design and develop applications using Siebel technology.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Customize and configure Siebel applications to meet specific business needs.
- Create detailed technical design documents and specifications.
- Conduct unit testing and integration testing of software applications to ensure quality and functionality.
- Maintain, update, and enhance existing applications as necessary.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex application and interface issues.
- Uphold high standards of quality and productivity by adhering to Siebel development best practices.
Technical Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in Siebel CRM development.
- Strong knowledge of Siebel architecture, configuration, and integration.
- Experience in developing and customizing workflows, business objects, Task-Based UI, and scripts.
- Proficiency in using IP20+ Siebel Innovation Packs and the ability to write medium to complex SQL scripts.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- A strong commitment to delivering excellent client service.
- Proven technical track record in implementing Siebel CRM software.
