We’re seeking a detail-driven Siding Operations Coordinator to be the central hub for scheduling, inventory, and communication in our high-energy siding department. This is your chance to join a growing company where your organizational superpowers make a real impact every day.

What You’ll Do
  • Be the Scheduler Extraordinaire – Coordinate with customers, project managers, and crews to ensure siding, shutters, brackets, corbels, foam components, soffits, fascia, and more are installed on time.

  • Master Multiple Platforms – Navigate Jobber, Supply Pro, Vendor Suite, and Buildertrend to keep every detail aligned.

  • Own the Calendar – Finalize schedules 2 days in advance and send confirmed updates to the team daily by 2pm.

  • Stay Ahead on Inventory – Manage warehouse stock with Just-In-Time processes and forecast needs for upcoming projects.

  • Keep Projects Moving – Generate and upload POs, close out completions in builder portals, and trigger payments.

  • Match Skills to Jobs – Assign crews based on size, expertise, and project requirements.

  • Help Grow the Team – Interview subcontractors, installers, and support staff, ensuring all vendor and new-hire requirements are complete.

  • Collaborate Daily – Maintain open lines of communication with Siding Project Managers and other departments.
