What you will doContribute as process designer/architect in product development projects, together in a multi-disciplinary team with product experts, process and production engineers as well as quality engineers
Develop modules and wafer fabrication processes for discrete power products like diodes, MOSFET based on SiC
Drive complex situations to team solutions
Lead projects that execute process development tasks
Build up know how (technical & procedures) in silicon wafer products and processes
Build up and maintain external and internal contacts in own field of experience
Investigate competitor processes and technologies
What you will need
Minimum Master’s degree in engineering field, preferably in microelectronics or semiconductor physics
Minimum 5 years relatable work experience depending on educational credentials
Knowledge of semiconductor devices and industrial semiconductor technology with focus on SiC
Hands on experience in wafer processing at the required equipment
Able to solve complex tasks with high accuracy
Team player with a strong drive to achieve success
Good organization and planning skills
Good communication skills and fluency in English and German, both written and spoken
