Your day at NTT DATA

As a SIAM Architect, you play a pivotal role in designing, implementing, and managing Service Integration and Management (SIAM) strategies. Your focus is on ensuring seamless integration and effective management of services from multiple internal and external providers, all while delivering a unified and high-quality experience for our users.

What you'll be doing

Responsibilities:

• Develop and Maintain SIAM Strategy:
  • Create and maintain the overall SIAM strategy, aligning it with the organization’s business goals and objectives.
  • Understand client business and service needs to tailor the strategy effectively.
• Design and Implement SIAM Architecture:
  • Define the SIAM architecture, including processes, tools, and governance frameworks.
  • Configure tools to best support client-specific requirements.
• Service Provider Management:
  • Identify and manage relationships with all service providers, both internal and external.
  • Ensure the service model aligns with client needs.
• Continuous Improvement:
  • Drive ongoing improvements in SIAM processes by identifying and implementing best practices.
  • Regularly assess and optimize the service model.
• Expert Guidance:
  • Provide expert advice and guidance to stakeholders on SIAM-related matters.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance service delivery.
• Smooth Transitions:
  • Manage transitions during service activation and service model design.
  • Ensure tooling fits the needs of the service model
• Client Onboarding:
  • Facilitate client stakeholders’ adoption of the Service Portal.
