• MASのエクスパートとして、ロットスケジューリングを通して、生産効率を継続的に改善する。
• SIC Teamと連携し、Plan通りの安定したShip Out実施を目的として、各BlockのWIP Balance Control及びConstant Operationに向けた生産管理活動を実施する。
• BKM 他、生産・Control業務関連システムなどの展開に際し、Shift Team Memberに対して指導・補佐・継続的改善業務を担う。
• 関連部門(主にshift team/AME)との協力体制を構築し、製品のスムーズな進捗・停滞時間最小化を図る
• Output 最大化とCycle Time短縮の両方に責任を負う・両立を追及する

Details of SIA MAS engineers' job

• To respond the daily changes of lots/line priority, control/tune the MAS parameters with speed with shift team.   
• Support the shift team for block balance control work, identify detractors, and execute counteractions on MAS.
• Upon the capacity deterioration or imbalanced WIP stacking, by key equipment troubles, work with Area and shift team to actively control the MAS parameters to mitigate issues and minimize the impact of wafer shipment.
• Track the schedules of owning projects. Find gaps, itemize/execute counter actions, and provide trainings if necessary.
• By collaboration with related teams, pursue continuous improvements on capacity and production efficiency, reduction of idle/lost time, CT improvement using MAS.
• Optimize/improve the workflow/operation in F15 thru BKM deployments/cross-fab projects by the close communication with MCT/sister fabs.

  Responsibilities and Tasks for an engineer in ME planning team:

• As an expert of MAS, continuously improve the production efficiency through the lot scheduling.
• To achieve stable and on-plan shipment of wafers, also for the constant operation, execute production control activities for balanced WIP in blocks through the line, collaborating with SIC.
• Along the production control related system/BKM release, carry out the required trainings and provide the supports to the shift team members. Continuous improvements/supports follow.
• By establishing solid relationship with related groups, mainly shift production and area MEs, minimize the lots stagnancy in production line
• Be responsible and pursue for MAX out and CT reduction.
