Job Description

Job Description and Areas of Responsibility

As a Project Coordinator on the Project Management team, you will support a number of simultaneous projects across varying complexities to help deliver high quality results for our key customers. Smaller project initiatives, and frequent updates on project status will make up the majority of the delivery responsibilities. 

You will also support many aspects of the project delivery throughout the customer implementation journey. Working closely with the Project Manager as well as internal and external teams to drive success for our customers. Having a solid track record of positive customer interaction, history of successful project delivery, combined with demonstrated attention to detail will be key to your overall success. Completing projects with high quality and communicating effectively across all levels is essential.

Basic Requirements

The ideal candidate will have:

• High attention to detail and demonstrate an ability to learn quickly while producing results

• An analytical mind that can adapt to the current environment, find ways to improve, think outside of the box, and be willing to fail fast.

• Innovative spirit that invites collaboration.

• Solid oral, written, presentation and interpersonal communication skills.

• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to interact with colleagues, cross-functional teams, and third parties.

• Ability to work as part of a team to solve business problems in a complex selling and political environments.

• Ability to bring fresh ideas based on experience in various technical and non-technical enterprise projects.

• A general understanding of hardware and video security solutions is preferred.

Please note that this position requires working from 11am to 19pm.
