Job Description

We are looking for a SI Account Manager (Vietnam) to be based in Vietnam.

You will be responsible for hunting, developing, and growing Rockwell Automation product Business through System Integrator Partners in the area of responsibility (Vietnam) aligned with Country Plan and SEA Market Access strategy. The primary responsibility is to develop and implement System Integrator business plan to support accelerated, profitable growth through the target SIs and various SI communities.

You will be report to REGIONAL CHANNEL MANAGER.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with local and regional stakeholders to refine the SI program and sales support strategy. Emphasize driving value and growth of Rockwell Automation through SI partners.
  • Ensure distributor and account managers understand the benefits of collaborating with SI partners and actively engage in supporting them.
  • Identify qualified potential SI partners in the market, aligning them with Rockwell Automation's industry, technology, and application focus.
  • Work closely with both RA, Distributor and SI teams to establish clear success metrics for partnerships.
  • Conduct quarterly reviews of SI partners business performance and participation.
  • Collaborate with local and global RA resources to design and implement SI competency programs that foster growth and expertise.
  • Partner with internal and external stakeholders to ensure that SI strategies are well-documented and effectively implemented.
  • In coordination with the market access leader and Rockwell Automation's authorized distribution network. Ensure the integrity of the supply chain and channels to market for Rockwell Automation, while ensuring compliance with Ethics, Standards of Business Conduct, other RA policies, and relevant government regulations within the geography.
  • Fulfill any other relevant duties as assigned by immediate manager.
The Essentials - You Will Have:
  • Degree in Business / Marketing / Engineering or related discipline.
  • Minimum of 3 years selling experience in the industry
  • Proven track record in Customer Relationship Management dealing with senior internal / external management.
  • Experience in Channel Management and Distribution is advantageous.
  • Solid business and financial acumen to develop and deliver on commercial plans.
