ITTConnect is seeking a dynamic Shopify Technical Lead for a consulting position with a client that is a leader Digital Commerce Consulting.
Location: Local to Denver, CO is preferred. Remote is acceptable with some potential travel required.
Responsibilities:
- End-to-End Ownership: Architect, validate, and own technical integration flows, data migrations, and API strategies
- Architectural Alignment: Ensure robust data synchronization between Shopify and legacy enterprise systems (ERP, OMS, CRM, WMS).
- Technical Governance: Establish and enforce Shopify Plus best practices for development, custom apps, checkout extensions, and third-party integrations.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Act as a technical voice bridging business stakeholders, internal brand teams, and external engineering squads.
- Delivery Under Ambiguity: Maintain delivery momentum, make rapid technical decisions under pressure, and quickly pivot architectures as business requirements evolve.
Requirements
- Shopify Plus Enterprise Migrations: Proven track record of successfully leading multi-brand or highly complex migrations to Shopify Plus.
- Integration Expertise: Deep hands-on experience with API design, webhooks, headless architectures, middleware solutions, and data mapping.
- Elite Stakeholder Management: Stakeholder Management acumen and communication skills
- Agility: Tolerance for ambiguity, late-stage scope changes, and last-minute decision-making, with the ability to keep teams focused.
