Shipping & Receiving Specialist (m/w/d)
Als Shipping & Receiving Specialist (m/w/d) bei Boeing:
- Führst du die Wareneingangskontrolle und -buchung inkl. Dokumentenbearbeitung durch.
- Erstellst du bei Abweichungen und Unstimmigkeiten alle qualitätsrelevanten Systemeinträge und kommunizierst crossfunktional mit den zuständigen Fachabteilungen.
- Erstellst du sämtliche Begleitdokumente für den internationalen Warenverkehr, wie im Wesentlichen z.B. Zoll- und Exportdeklarationen (ZODIAK-ATLAS) sowie die Gefahrguterklärung (IATA, IMO, ADR) und verpackst die Ware dementsprechend.
- Kümmerst du dich um die Nachverfolgung der Sendungen und stehst dabei im engen Kontakt mit Speditionen und den internen Kunden & Stakeholdern.
- Überprüfst du die Ware auf Vollständigkeit und Einhaltung von Verpackungsvorschriften.
- Verpackst und verschließt du die Sendungen.
- Nimmst du an einem Bereitschaftsdienst mit attraktiver Vergütung für besonders dringliche Aufträge teil.
Mindestanforderungen:
- Du hast deine Berufsausbildung, idealerweise als Fachkraft für Lagerlogistik, Fachlagerist, Lagerlogistiker (m/w/d) o. ä. erfolgreich abgeschlossen
- Du bringst mindestens 2 Jahre Erfahrungen in einer vergleichbaren Position in den Bereichen Lager, Logistik, Lagerwirtschaft, Lagerverwaltung oder Spedition mit.
- Deine Kenntnisse der deutschen Sprache sind auf einem verhandlungssicheren Niveau (B2 oder besser).
- Solide Kenntnisse der Englischen Sprache in Schriftform (B1).
- Du erfüllst die gesundheitlichen Vorraussetzungen, eine medizinische Untersuchung zum Erwerb eines Flurfördermittelscheins zu bestehen.
Wünschenswerte Qualifikationen & Skills:
- Du kannst mit Standardsoftware sowie gängigen Warenwirtschaftssystemen umgehen (Erfahrung mit SAP ist ein plus).
- Du besitzt idealerweise einen Flurfördermittelschein.
- Du bist offen für Herausforderungen, begeisterungsfähig und überzeugst durch konstruktive Lösungen, Motivation und selbstständiges Arbeiten.
- Idealerweise besitzt du einen Führerschein der Klasse B
- Auch Queereinsteiger sind willkommen!

Shipping & Receiving Specialist (m/f/d)
As a Shipping Specialist (m/f/d) at Boeing:
- Incoming goods inspection and posting, including document processing.
- In the event of discrepancies or inconsistencies, you will create all quality-related system entries and communicate across departments with the relevant functional units.
- You will prepare all accompanying documents for international goods transport, such as customs and export declarations (ZODIAK-ATLAS) as well as dangerous goods declarations (IATA, IMO, ADR), and package the goods accordingly.
- You will handle shipment tracking and maintain close contact with freight forwarders and internal customers & stakeholders.
- You check the goods for completeness and compliance with packaging regulations.
- You pack and seal the shipments.
- You participate in an on-call service with attractive compensation for particularly urgent orders.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience)
- You have successfully completed your vocational training, ideally as a warehouse logistics specialist, warehouse clerk, warehouse logistics technician (m/f/d), or similar.
- You have at least 2 years of experience in a comparable position in the fields of warehousing, logistics, inventory management, warehouse administration, or freight forwarding.
- Your German language skills are at a business-proficient level (B2 or higher).
- Solid written English skills (B1).
- You meet the health requirements to pass a medical examination for obtaining a forklift operator's license.
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
- You are proficient in standard software and common inventory management systems (experience with SAP is a plus).
- Ideally, you already hold a forklift operator's license.
- You are open to challenges, enthusiastic, and stand out through constructive solutions, motivation, and the ability to work independently.
- Ideally, you hold a Class B driver's license.
