Accountabilities
- Shipping:
- Support in daily shipping by preparing shipping documents (invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, etc.) & systems.
- Assist in coordinating shipments and ensuring timely delivery of goods.
- Track shipments and update relevant stakeholders on delivery status.
- Communicate with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and transport companies to handle shipping tasks.
- Coordinate with other functions for solving any issue in shipping.
- Procurement:
- Assist in sourcing suppliers and obtaining quotations for required materials/services.
- Support purchase order creation and follow up with suppliers for order confirmations & delivery date.
- Maintain procurement records, ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Understand the foreign trade and work with overseas suppliers for ordering, sourcing and solving incurring any issues.
- Coordinate with internal departments in the project.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Logistics, or a related field.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation & English abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Prior internship experience in logistics, procurement, or supply chain is a plus.
