シフト勤務の中でエンジニアとしてプロセスフローの構築, 歩留まり改善のためのモジュール開発に従事します。
データ取得や解析, 観察• 評価, 報告業務などを担当し, 開発の円滑な推進に貢献していただきます。
主な担当業務
開発ロットの進捗確認および優先順位の管理
測定工程の準備, データ取得, 結果の整理• 報告
外観検査およびSEMによるウェハ観察, 評価結果の取りまとめ
異常発生時の迅速なトラブル対応と復旧サポート
ウェハの回収, Labへの受け渡し対応
4勤4休のシフト体制での業務対応
必須要件
大学• 学部卒業以上
社内外の関係者と円滑にコミュニケーションを取れる方
Microsoft Officeなどの基本的なPCスキルをお持ちの方
英語での簡単なメール作成や報告対応が可能な方

This position plays a key role in supporting engineers engaged in advanced DRAM development and ensuring smooth operations in the development environment.
Within a shift-based schedule, you will work as an engineer responsible for building process flows and developing modules aimed at improving yield.
Your duties will include data acquisition and analysis, observation and evaluation, as well as preparing reports, thereby contributing to the efficient progress of development activities.
Primary Responsibilities

• Monitor progress and manage prioritization of development lots
• Prepare measurement processes, acquire data, organize results, and generate reports
• Perform visual inspections and SEM-based wafer observations, and compile evaluation findings
• Respond promptly to abnormalities and support recovery activities
• Retrieve wafers and coordinate delivery to the Lab
• Perform duties under a four-days-on, four-days-off shift schedule

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher
• Strong communication skills for smooth coordination with internal and external stakeholders
• Fundamental PC skills, including Microsoft Office
• Ability to prepare simple emails and reports in English

Preferred Qualifications

• Work experience in the semiconductor industry
• Knowledge of or practical experience with semiconductor processes or devices
