At Donaldson you’ll receive competitive benefits and starting pay of at least $20.52 an hour, with the opportunity to earn up to $21.49 dollars an hour after just 3 months.
- Safely set-up and operate department shears.
- Perform light/preventative maintenance on department equipment, including the ability to lock out equipment when required.
- Monitor inventory levels and advise lead operator or materials group of low stock conditions.
- Create discrete jobs and report labor as necessary.
- Understand and perform related-duties for all jobs in the department.
- Be able to lift pallets from stack up to shoulder height.
- Safely operate fork trucks to store/load/unload materials.
- Assist with ensuring work area is kept in a clean and orderly condition and report any unusual conditions to leadership. Perform 6S duties in assigned area(s).
- Perform other job-related duties as required or specified by leadership.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Fork truck certification is required.
- Must be able to read and interpret blue prints and routings.
- Must be computer proficient and able to navigate within Oracle and Excel computer programs.
- Punctual daily attendance is a key requirement for success in this position.
