Direct and coordinate the evolution and implementation of the Unilever SHE Management System for the site.
Day to day supervision of SHE activities including risk assessments, incident investigation, root cause analysis, action management and reporting.
Maintain the SHE system to ensure compliance with company and relevant industry and legislative requirements.
Track and assist in the completion of site SHE Improvement Plans
Drive continuous improvement to the physical environment, as well as the safety culture.
Drive site SHE training needs and schedule
Take the supervisory role for site consultation structures and committees i.e. assisting the USCHEC
Coordinate site SHE communications including toolbox talks and team briefs.
Be responsible for coordinating and overseeing the implementation of all SHE programs and processes
Lead Data & Digital for SHE in terms of innovation & analysis of the data.
Ensure operational control standards, task-based analysis is completed, risk assessed/ closed relevant to the site are deployed and adhered to.
Supervise the site emergency preparedness and response program,
Conducting, Reporting & Analyzing safety behavior observations and inspections and coordinate the overall monitoring program for the site.
Conduct SHE Audits as necessary.
Complete Site Security Risk Assessment.
2-4 years relevant knowledge gained through on-the-job learning, especially in the areas of SHE systems management in a manufacturing environment
Becholars Degree in Science, Engineering, Health & Safety
Cert IV in OH&S or higher qualification in a related field
Motivated to be hands On & spending time on shopfloor
Return to Work qualifications and experience
Strong working knowledge of national and state OH&S legislation
Excellent computer and literacy skills
Excellent communication skills
Familiar with relevant Thailand Standards relating to a Manufacturing Facility. (eg. Confined Spaces, Working at Heights, Management of Contractors, Electrical Standards, Machine Guarding etc)
The ability to be able to work with a high degree of autonomy with minimum supervision
The ability to use data to determine trends and action plans
Previous experience with Manufacturing Unionized Workforces
