- Greet every guest like family and own their experience from the moment they step into the showroom.
- Match each rider with the Harley that fits their style, needs, and dreams.
- Lead the test ride process, bring the experience to life.
- Follow up with customers via phone, text, email, and CRM (VinSolutions).
- Enter every up into the Traffic Log, no exceptions.
- Work closely with Sales Managers and teammates to hit daily and monthly performance goals.
- Represent the Harley-Davidson brand with professionalism, excitement, and purpose.
- Stay active on the floor, be present, and chase every opportunity.
- Hustle. You show up early, stay late, and love the grind.

- Ability to use CRM (VinSolutions) for follow-up and lead tracking
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills (greet guests, own the experience)
- Coachability and willingness to accept feedback and improve
- High drive, competitive mindset, and sales orientation
- Passion for motorcycles or eagerness to learn quickly
- Previous sales experience
