Job Summary:
Innovatus Technology Consulting is seeking an experienced SharePoint Developer with expertise in solution development, integration, customization, branding, and automation. This role offers remote flexibility but requires residency within the San Diego, CA area to support occasional onsite collaboration with project stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
Solution Development:
- Build custom web parts, apps, workflows, and forms to enhance SharePoint functionality.
- Develop solutions using SharePoint Framework (SPFx), Power Automate, and Power Apps.
- Customize SharePoint lists, libraries, and site pages using JavaScript, HTML/CSS, and REST APIs.
Integration:
- Integrate SharePoint with other Microsoft 365 services, such as Teams, Outlook, and Power BI.
- Connect SharePoint to external systems via APIs, Azure Logic Apps, or custom connectors.
Customization & Branding:
- Modify site templates and themes to align with organizational branding.
- Enhance user experience through UI customization and intuitive design.
Automation:
- Automate business processes using SharePoint Designer, Power Automate, and Visual Studio workflows.
- Implement solutions that improve efficiency and reduce manual tasks across the organization.
Required Qualifications:
- U.S. Citizen with an active Secret Clearance (TS preferred).
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 3+ years of experience developing SharePoint solutions in enterprise environments.
- Expertise in SharePoint Framework (SPFx), Power Automate, and Power Apps.
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 services (Teams, Outlook, Power BI, Azure AD).
- Strong front-end development skills (JavaScript, HTML/CSS, REST APIs).
- Experience integrating SharePoint with third-party applications and external systems.
- Knowledge of automation tools such as SharePoint Designer and Visual Studio workflows.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Nintex workflows, SQL Server, and Azure integrations.
- Familiarity with government contracting and DoD-specific SharePoint environments.
