Position Summary
ECS is seeking a SharePoint Knowledge Management Administrator - Senior to support the Army National Guard ENOCS program. The selected candidate will provide senior-level administration and governance of the ARNG CIO/G6 SIG SharePoint Knowledge Management environment. This role is pivotal in maintaining the integrity and accessibility of strategic documents, policy updates, and executive briefings, ensuring they are current and accurately archived. The administrator will play a crucial role in overseeing document version control, access permissions, and content organization, aligning with Army knowledge management and security requirements. This position supports efficient information retrieval and executive visibility across NIPR and SIPR environments, contributing significantly to the broader enterprise program's mission.

Responsibilities
- Maintain and update the SIG Guard Knowledge page with current strategic documents and policy updates.
- Oversee document version control, ensuring accuracy and compliance with Army documentation control procedures.
- Manage access permissions and structured content organization across NIPR and SIPR domains.
- Coordinate the upload and archival of meeting minutes, Memorandums for Record, and State of the State materials.
- Ensure the SharePoint structure supports efficient information retrieval and executive visibility.
- Manage records in accordance with Army knowledge management and security requirements.
- Facilitate the timely publication of CIO/G6 communications and governance materials.
- Support senior leadership information visibility requirements.
- Ensure compliance with cybersecurity requirements and documentation control procedures.
Required Qualifications
- Clearance: Secret Eligible required
- S. Citizenship required
- DoD 8140.03 Compliance: DoD Cyber Workforce Framework (DCWF) Work Role 431-Knowledge Manager at the Intermediate proficiency level
- Certifications (one or more required): CCNA-Security, CySA+, CND, Security+ CE
- Education: BS degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, or Software Engineering.
- Minimum of 8–10 years of experience in enterprise SharePoint administration and knowledge management governance.
- Experience managing document libraries, version control, and access permissions in DoD or Federal environments.
- Proven ability to maintain executive-level knowledge repositories and coordinate the publication of strategic documents.
- Experience ensuring compliance with Army knowledge management policies and cybersecurity requirements.
- Demonstrated ability to support information visibility requirements for senior leadership.
