Role Summary

The SharePoint Administrator provides ownership and governance for STACK Infrastructure's Microsoft 365 collaboration environment, with a primary focus on SharePoint Online and Microsoft Teams.

Based in Oslo, you will help ensure our collaboration platforms are secure, compliant, well-structured and easy to use across international teams and business functions.

Working closely with Technology, Cyber Security, Infrastructure and business stakeholders, you will support scalable governance models, improve platform standards and enable effective collaboration across a growing international organisation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Administer and support SharePoint Online environments and Microsoft Teams sites across the organisation.
  • Manage site provisioning, lifecycle management, permissions, structure, templates and metadata standards.
  • Monitor platform health, storage, usage and adoption, identifying opportunities to improve performance and user experience.
  • Support migrations, restructures, consolidations and governance initiatives related to SharePoint and Teams.
  • Maintain documentation, operational procedures and platform standards to support consistent, reliable administration.
  • Manage security groups, permissions, conditional access considerations and role-based access models across SharePoint and Teams environments.
  • Conduct periodic access reviews and support audit requirements in line with corporate security policies and Microsoft 365 best practices.
  • Partner with Cyber Security and Infrastructure teams to address vulnerabilities, risks and compliance requirements.
  • Support sensitivity labels, data classification and secure collaboration practices across the Microsoft 365 environment.
  • Implement and manage retention policies, retention labels, legal holds and content lifecycle management.
  • Support governance related to records management, data residency, privacy and auditability.
  • Participate in internal and external audit activities related to Microsoft 365 collaboration platforms.
  • Support automation and workflow optimisation initiatives using Microsoft Power Platform technologies.
  • Collaborate with business teams to improve collaboration processes, reporting capabilities and digital workplace adoption.
  • Contribute to standardisation and continuous improvement across the digital workplace environment.

What You'll Bring

  • Strong experience administering SharePoint Online and Microsoft Teams within enterprise environments.
  • Proven experience managing multiple SharePoint sites and large-scale collaboration environments.
  • Strong understanding of Microsoft 365 security, governance and compliance capabilities.
  • Experience with permission models, access control and information protection concepts.
  • Knowledge of regulatory and compliance frameworks related to data retention, records management and collaboration platforms.
  • Experience supporting multinational or multi-site environments.
  • Strong troubleshooting capability with a structured, customer-focused approach to problem solving.
  • Ability to work independently while coordinating effectively with international teams and stakeholders.
  • Experience with Power Automate, Power BI, Power Apps or Microsoft Purview is advantageous.
  • Experience with SharePoint migrations, tenant consolidation projects or PowerShell scripting is desirable.
  • Microsoft certifications related to Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Security or Compliance are desirable.
