Position Summary:
We are searching for a skilled SharePoint Administrator to ensure the smooth operation and security of the platform while also working to improve and optimize features the platform in coordination with our global teams.
In this role you will manage the following:

SharePoint Administration: Developing, configuring, managing, implementing, and maintaining SharePoint elements (sites, libraries, lists, columns, content types, templates, permissions, etc.).

Power Platform: Develop and implement power platforms solutions as flows, apps, etc.

PowerShell: Develop and implement scripts solutions for SharePoint management.

Active Directory: Configuring, managing, and maintaining security groups.

Platform Integration: Support the integration and connection with other platforms and tools.

Control & Report: Document all existing elements in the platform and system. Provide weekly status reports on Office 365 and SharePoint tasks and activities.

Support: Provide user’s support on how to use SharePoint and solving issues.

Incidences: Point of contact to MS for SharePoint related issues.

Continuous improvement: Identifying opportunities to improve document management processes, systems, and tools. Developing and implementing process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy.

Provide technical support and training to end-users on Office 365 applications and services

Collaborate with other IT teams to integrate Office 365 services with existing infrastructure.

Assist with Additional Office 365 Administration Functions
Requirements:

3-5 years office 365 administration, IT, or related experience preferred but not required

3-5 years of experience administering SharePoint Online features and Power Platform and PowerShell solutions

Associate’s degree in Information Technology preferred

Ability to integrate SharePoint online with third party applications

Experience with Power Platform Development
-
Strong technical knowledge of SharePoint PowerShell Management

Strong practical knowledge of SharePoint Search Service, User Profile Service, and other Service Applications
Compensation and Benefits
Canadian Solar offers a competitive salary plus fully comprehensive benefits and performance bonus package based on an annual objective achievement. Our generous benefits package includes a 401(k) Retirement Plan, medical/dental/life/disability program, PTO and sick days.
The pay range for this position is $90,000.00 to $100,000.00. This range represents annual base salary only, without regard to location, and does not include quarterly bonuses or incentives or benefits that may apply. The pay range for this role is subject to change.
