The Role

As part of our team in Copenhagen or Aarhus, you’ll work closely with clients on large-scale projects - helping them turn digital ambitions into measurable business results. We are a team of 100+ highly specialised management consultants, and on our projects, you will help design and deliver solutions across areas like digital strategy, transformation, innovation, operating models, IT architecture and infrastructure, and more.

• Advise leading organisations across industries on how to navigate digital transformation
• Drive change by combining business acumen, tech insight, and AI tools
• Deliver high-impact solutions - always with an eye on implementation and results

Who You Are

• 5+ years’ experience in a similar role as an external consultant
• A bachelor’s degree or higher in strategy, business, tech, or a related field
• Fluent in Danish and English - both written and verbal
• Comfortable working with AI tools, and excited about their potential
• Strong communicator with the ability to simplify the complex
• Driven, analytical, and a true team player who thrives in dynamic environments

Recruitment process:

Our process is designed to get to know your personal and professional competencies. It includes relevant interviews with key stakeholders, providing you with an excellent opportunity to learn more about our team and culture.

It typically includes 2-3 interview rounds, where one of them might include 'on the spot' case or a 'take at home' case simulating a real-life client situation - allowing you to demonstrate your consulting approach and toolbox.
