工作内容:
负责电梯保养业务销售:
1.分析、了解客户需求,按计划完成收费,维保合同签署;
2.跟踪停用、防护、检查类别合同客户用梯情况,拓展销售或升级服务种类;
3.负责维保发票、催收款事宜;
4.跟踪停保用户情况,洽谈维保销售业务,开发市场;
5.负责分析客户需求,统计汇总业务,填报业务报告,分析及建议业务策略;
6.督促客户按照合同约定付款;
岗位要求:
1、本科以上学历,一年以上销售工作经验,有电梯行业经验优先考虑;
2、良好的沟通技巧及人际交往能力;具备良好的团队协作精神;
