Key Responsibilities:
Manage product/brand technology, technical aspects, industrialization, codes, offer, and competitiveness with a worldwide approach. Ensure continuous performance and cost improvement. Provide support to proposal and project execution teams. Analyze sales information, prepare forecasts, coordinate promotions, monitor sales performance, and manage the product roadmap. Ensure compliance with AL technical and safety standards.
Improve sales efficiencies by implementing methods, processes and tools. Participate in the sales organisation design. Develop and maintain sales methods at the ROC level based on the Industrial Merchant business unit's Sales Force Operating Model. Engage and motivate sales by formulating and implementing incentive and reward schemes. Design and manage training paths and career development paths for the sales force.How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?
1. Data Stewardship & Integrity (Processing)
- Data Cleaning: Lead routine data cleaning initiatives for EAP countries to ensure high-quality inputs for Commercial tools and reporting.
- Access Governance: Support the SFE Mathods Manager & Commercial Data Specialist in managing data access governance and user permissioning for local entities.
- Issue Identification: Proactively spot potential data gaps or system errors before they impact end-users, developing interim solutions where necessary.
2. Performance Reporting & Monitoring (Activation)
- KPI Tracking: Automate and run regular reports to monitor Behaviour KPIs (touchpoints, pipeline health) and Performance KPIs (Churn, Price Impact, C2P).
- Tool Transition: Assist in the transition from legacy Excel-based tracking to Power BI dashboards.
- Performance Trends: Analyze and flag performance trends to the SFE Methods Manager to support strategic decision-making.
3. Local Country Support & Adoption (Change Management)
- Onboarding: Support the onboarding of new sales team members by providing training support to SFE Performance Coaches on commercial tools and best practices.
- User Support: Support the BPO and local entities regarding SFE tool enhancements and system updates.
- Documentation: Support SFE Methods Manager om maintain and update SFE playbooks, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and training resources to ensure regional harmonization.
4. Continuous Improvement & Agility
- Process Standardization: Collaborate with cross-functional groups to drive alignment and standardization of commercial processes.
- Innovation: Embrace new technologies (e.g., Gemini/AI) to enhance productivity in daily workflows and data analysis.
- 0–2 years of experience in a commercial, analytical, or IT support role. Prior exposure to CRM systems and/or PowerBI is a plus.
- Bachelor in Business, Engineering, Finance, IT or related field
- Specific Training or Certification: AL AI readiness (Statistics, Python, Git, Basic ML)
- GDO Power BI level 4 certification + PBI Premium ML Ops
