Supports sales teams by managing data, analyzing KPIs, and optimizing tools to boost productivity. They coordinate CRM systems (e.g., Phyzii, Salesforce, Gemstone, Solution Max), ERP systems ( ODOO), prepare sales reports, track digital assets, and assist in territory management. 

  • Sales Force Effectiveness & Reporting: Analyze sales force KPIs (monthly/quarterly) and create dashboards to measure performance, providing actionable insights for business leaders.
  • CRM/System Administration: Serve as the primary admin for sales force tools (e.g., Pixelus Phyzii or CRM systems) for eVA uploads, updates, and content deployment.
  • Data Management & Analysis: Ensure accurate data entry, maintain data integrity in the system, and analyze market trends and competitor activity.
  • Digital Content & Asset Management: Coordinate with marketing teams to deploy digital content, conduct end-to-end testing of applications, and maintain a repository of digital materials.
  • Field Support & Training: Act as the first point of contact for technical queries from field teams and ensure they have updated, high-quality support materials.
  • Operational Support: Support sales force management in organizing incentive programs, defining target approaches, and monitoring compliance with sales procedures.


Requirements
  • Experience: 1–3 years of experience in sales operations, business analysis, or administrative roles, particularly in pharmaceutical or sales-driven industries.
  • Technical Proficiency: Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and CRM systems ( Gemstone, Solution Max), ERP systems ( ODOO) 
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze large datasets and translate them into actionable business insights.
  • Communication: Effective communication skills to liaise between the head office, marketing, and sales teams.


Skills Required
