- Digital Content & Asset Management: Coordinate with marketing teams to deploy digital content, conduct end-to-end testing of applications, and maintain a repository of digital materials.
- Field Support & Training: Act as the first point of contact for technical queries from field teams and ensure they have updated, high-quality support materials.
- Operational Support: Support sales force management in organizing incentive programs, defining target approaches, and monitoring compliance with sales procedures.
Requirements
- Experience: 1–3 years of experience in sales operations, business analysis, or administrative roles, particularly in pharmaceutical or sales-driven industries.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and CRM systems ( Gemstone, Solution Max), ERP systems ( ODOO)
- Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze large datasets and translate them into actionable business insights.
- Communication: Effective communication skills to liaise between the head office, marketing, and sales teams.
Skills Required
