Help Build the Future of Healthcare AI
Hi! We’re Infinitus — the first trusted voice AI platform transforming healthcare.
Built by ex-Googlers, startup veterans, and industry pros, our AI boosts productivity, slashes admin burden, and creates new ways to support patients with chronic conditions. We scale connections between patients, payors, and providers — empowering care teams and improving health outcomes.
The Mission
At Infinitus, our mission is simple: create time for healthcare by making access, adherence, and affordability easier than ever. Using multimodal AI, human-in-the-loop systems, and a rich knowledge graph, we’ve automated over 5 million calls—saving millions of hours for patients and providers.
Backed by top investors like Kleiner Perkins, Google Ventures, and a16z, we’re a team that loves to challenge the status quo and move fast at the intersection of AI and healthcare.
We’re looking for an experienced Salesforce Developer with a proven track record of building and publishing Salesforce managed packages to the AppExchange. As our first dedicated Salesforce Developer, you’ll play a pivotal role in advancing Infinitus’ mission to transform healthcare operations with cutting-edge, AI-driven automation.
As a certified Salesforce Life Sciences Cloud Partner, Infinitus integrates voice AI agents directly into Salesforce’s Life Sciences Cloud and Agentforce digital labor platform, enabling healthcare organizations to automate essential administrative tasks like insurance benefit verification, prior authorization, and formulary exception status checks.
Furthermore, the integration with Salesforce’s Agentforce platform enables real-time verification of pharmacy eligibility by checking directly with electronic providers to validate insurance coverage, and collect any missing information, helping to prevent delays to treatment .
This is a unique opportunity to be at the forefront of healthcare technology innovation, driving impact through close collaboration with both Salesforce and our valued customers. As the founding Salesforce Developer, you will shape how AI-powered automation is delivered across the Salesforce ecosystem and help build the foundation for all future Infinitus-Salesforce solutions.
