Overview
The EBS team provides development, maintenance, and support services for the TNS Salesforce environment. This includes all aspects of system development including designing/testing/deploying solutions with user satisfaction a priority and handling L2 incident and problem tickets.
Responsibilities
Job Responsibilities
- Gathering and documenting requirements from users and stakeholders
- Salesforce configuration changes, including (but not limited to): Workflow, Flow Builder, assignment rules, approval processes, fields, page layouts, dynamic layouts, apps, record types, custom settings, dashboards, and reports ·
- Salesforce development including Apex triggers/test classes and custom Visualforce pages
- Participation in Agile Scrum meetings
- Sandbox environment management
- Data management to improve Salesforce data quality, implementing rules and automation as needed
- Triaging and resolving L2 incident and problem tickets
Experience & Education Required
- Strong Salesforce product knowledge and at least 3+ years hands-on development experience with Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud
- Certified Salesforce Administrator and/or Platform Developer
- DevOps/release management experience
- Experience developing and deploying Salesforce configuration and code changes
- Proven ability to work collegially with business stakeholders
- Ability to solve problems independently while also knowing when to escalate/seek guidance
Experience & Education Preferred
Technical Qualifications
- Bachelor’s/Postgraduate degree, or professional qualification
- Experience with Pardot or Rootstock
- Active in the Salesforce community
