Job Title: SF Tech Lead
Primary skills:Salesforce, Rules/Process, and Integration workstreams.
Secondary skills:CI/CD pipelines to cloud environments.

Educational Qualification: B.Tech/BE/M.Tech/MCA/M.Sc

Role Overview:

• Serve as the offshore technical lead coordinating day-to-day delivery across Salesforce, Rules/Process, and Integration workstreams.

• Translate solution designs from onshore architects into detailed technical tasks for offshore engineering teams.

• Lead offshore sprint execution, code reviews, and technical quality checks across assigned components.

• Coordinate cross-team dependencies between Salesforce Developers, Rules and Process Engineers, and Integration Engineers.

• Provide hands-on technical guidance for Java-based microservices (workflow worker services and rules engine integrations) and Python-based modernized application services.

• Drive resolution of technical blockers and escalate complex issues to onshore Architects/Tech Leads.

• Ensure adherence to coding standards, design patterns, and architecture guidelines across offshore deliverables.

• Support integration testing across cloud application tier components (BPMN worker services, rules engine runtime, Modernized modernized core system).

• Review and validate technical documentation produced by offshore engineers before client delivery.

• Coordinate offshore deployment activities through CI/CD pipelines to cloud environments.

• Participate in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives, representing the offshore delivery team.

• Support defect triage and root-cause analysis during SIT/E2E and stabilization phases.

• Mentor junior offshore engineers across the Salesforce, Rules/Process, and Integration streams.

• Track offshore team velocity, effort burn, and delivery status, reporting to the Project Manager.

• Coordinate knowledge transfer and onboarding for new offshore team members.

• Support production stabilization activities and offshore on-call/triage coordination.

• Collaborate with the Lead Architect on technical risk identification and mitigation for offshore-delivered components.
