OverviewOur E-bill Processors find electronic bills on utility provider websites and input them into the Conservice database to begin processing. If the bill isn’t online, you are responsible for investigating why it’s not there and tracking it down. You will have the opportunity to navigate websites and coordinate with utility providers as you solve these problems for our clients. Responsibilities
- Navigate utility provider websites to access and harvest utility bills
- Input bill information for processing
- Coordinate with utility providers through phone and email to resolve issues
- Identify inefficient processes and find innovative solutions
- Investigate bills missing from the provider websites
- Duties, responsibilities, and activities may change or new ones may be assigned at any time with or without notice
- High phone usage- more than 50% of the day making outbound calls to providers
