We are now looking for a passionate and energetic Settlements Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be joining our busy Novated Sales business, supporting our Leasing Consultants, and playing a critical role in helping us achieve our sales targets. You will be responsible for all aspects of credit approval, generating lease documents, checking files, and coordinating settlements. You will be a single point of contact for the clients in your portfolio throughout the settlement process providing them, and internal stakeholders, with feedback and updates.

. Compiling and processing all required documentation to facilitate settlement.
· Generation of settlement packs and managing external financiers.
· Guiding clients through the settlement process.
· Liaising with clients in relation to their proposal and lease documents.
· Managing relationships and expediting the return of necessary documents.
To be considered for this role you will possess the following:
· A sense of urgency and the ability to work in a busy environment
· Minimum 2 years’ experience in a customer service and/ or sales orientated role.
· Commitment and proven ability to provide a high level of customer service
Ability to work effectively in a team environment; be proactive, take action and seize opportunities to promote new ideas and solve problems
High level of written and verbal communication skills.
High-level attention to detail
