As the Settlements Coordinator you will play a critical within our business. You will be responsible for all aspects of credit approval, generating lease documents, checking files, coordinating settlements and providing support to Leasing Consultants. You will also be a single point of contact for the clients in your portfolio throughout the settlement process providing them, and internal stakeholders, with feedback and updates.
Key Responsibilities:
- Processing applicable client, financial, employer documentation in order for settlement, such as Finance Applications; Ordering Cars; Settling Client Leases; Contracting Settlements.
- Generation of settlement packs and managing external financiers.
- Guiding clients through the settlement process.
- Liaising with clients in relation to their proposal and lease documents.
- Managing relationships and expediting the return of necessary documents.
