You’re a client-centric professional who thrives on delivering exceptional service and creating meaningful connections. You bring a natural ability to navigate complex or sensitive client situations with empathy, confidence, and professionalism. Your strong interpersonal skills allow you to build trust quickly, whether with clients or internal teams and you communicate in a way that inspires confidence and promotes collaboration.


You’re solutions-focused, adaptable, and driven to make a genuine impact through the service you provide.


Key Roles and Responsibilities

  • Manage Conveyancing Settlements and Lodgements in PEXA/Sympli
  • Attend to post un-conditional tasks including, adjustment calculations, transfer preparation and stamping.
  • Proactively follow up with parties, lenders and clients where required.
  • Liaise with clients to ensure a streamlined and professional service is provided at all times.
  • Conduct customer due diligence, verification, and onboarding checks
  • Provide clients with post-sales implementation, training and ongoing account management.


Skills, Knowledge and Experience:

  • Some Conveyancing experience, particularly in PEXA (preferred but not essential)
  • Excellent presentation, phone manner and communication skills.
  • Exceptional grammar and written skills.
  • Great team player, a passion and desire to make a difference.
  • Proactive initiative and ability to work autonomously.
