We make property investing simple, transparent and more profitable. Our mission is to help you build wealth through property investment. Harnessing the power of data and AI, our proprietary technology identifies the right investment properties with the potential for high return and low risk. Our national network of trusted real estate professionals assists with the ownership process including inspections, offers, financing, conveyancing, tenants and property management. We aim to reduce the time required to invest in property by 90% by using technology as much as possible for market discovery, research & analysis, and communications. The human touch remains vitally important for trust and confidence, so we give you a personal Property Coach. Your Property Coach will help you to define your investment strategy and support you through all the stages of buying and managing your property. Many of our clients now own multiple properties. Our Co-Founders, Pablo Gil Brusola and Mickael Roger, are experienced and enthusiastic property investors, who wanted “an app for that” to streamline this complex process. At the same time, they wanted to make property investing more accessible for a new generation to invest with confidence. PropHero was launched with the ambition to make property investment simple, time-efficient and more profitable by using data, proprietary AI algorithms and an online platform to offer an end-to-end property investment service.
