The settlement closer is responsible for facilitating the closing process on real estate transactions. This includes reviewing Title commitment, clearing title, preparing final closing documents as well as coordinating with buyers, sellers, lenders and other parties involved in the transaction. The settlement closer must also be able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, be highly organized and have excellent communication skills.

Qualifications
Education:
- High School diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience. Some college preferred.
Experience:
- Must have 3 years’ experience in Title Insurance preferably 2 years as a settlement closer
Knowledge and Skills:
- Knowledge of real estate closing process.
- Previous experience in accounting or real estate settlements desired.
- The ability to collaborate with lenders to prepare final closing disclosure.
