As Settlement and Reconciliation Analyst, you will be the gatekeeper of cashflows of PayMongo. You will be responsible for financial settlement and reconciliations between PayMongo and its partners.
You will
- Reconciliation, processing and settlement with PayMongo partners
- Provide prompt detailed investigation, escalation, and timely resolution of issues
- Communicate and proactively resolve reconciliation and settlement issues directly with partners’ team members
- Preparation of file uploads for review by the Finance Manager and other stakeholders
- Ensure proper documentation of transactions in accordance with applicable policies and regulations
- Support business, and systems enhancement initiatives directly affecting area of daily responsibilities
- Prepare periodic treasury reports for use by management in decision-making
- Perform ad hoc tasks as assigned that may be assigned by the Finance Manager
You will be a fit if
- You have a Bachelor’s degree in business, information technology, economics, or accountancy.
- You are proficient in MS Office applications with above average skills in MS Excel.
- You have at least 1 year of finance or accounting-related experience.
- You are resourceful and self-starter.
- You have an excellent attention to detail, with the ability and patience to audit and dive deep into data to determine patterns and check for inaccuracies.
- You are comfortable with ambiguity and are truly flexible—our environment changes rapidly, and your work might too!
- You can work in a fast-paced environment with minimum supervision.
